“There Ain’t No Rain at Resolutes Club” - 36×24″ stretched canvas. Live painted in 3 hrs.

On Thursday night, I painted a fundraiser for The Themba Development Project Association to raise money to buy fog nets to gather drinking water for people in South Africa.

I did this at a friendly club in South end Halifax called the Resolutes Club. The BBQ Kings is the band performing on stage in this piece. One of them said he follows my blog – hello there! They play rock, oldies and some funk. We all need a little funk.

The bar was the high bidder on this work, and you can expect to see this painting on display within the club soon.
