I live painted this work at the fundraiser itself on December 9th, and the piece in progress was auctioned off to raise money for breast cancer research.
It went for $650.
There were more original works of art in the home hosting this event than you’d find in many local galleries. Quite an impressive and wide-ranging collection of work, I might add. [Even a peacock statue coming out of the fireplace.]
It was a delight to paint, but you know how much I love doing this sort of thing.
